By accessing, browsing, or using the buzzbet platform — including but not limited to the website at buzzbet.club, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the buzzbet platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and buzzbet with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to your access to and use of our services. No verbal or written statement made by any buzzbet representative can modify these terms unless that modification is documented in an updated version of this page.

buzzbet operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are not explicitly prohibited for personal use, and that you are doing so entirely of your own free will and at your own risk.

buzzbet reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, except where a material change affecting player rights is involved — in which case registered players will receive notification via their registered email address. The version of the Terms & Conditions published on this page at any given time is the version currently in force. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To register and maintain an account on buzzbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. buzzbet operates a strict 18+ only policy across all services and all markets.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a buzzbet employee or contractor where such a relationship creates a conflict of interest.

buzzbet actively enforces age verification. At any point during the lifecycle of your account — including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, and during periodic compliance reviews — we may request documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

buzzbet does not permit players to register or maintain more than one account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to circumvent a previous account closure, to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts detected will be closed, and any funds or bonuses associated with them will be forfeited without exception.

To access the full range of buzzbet services, you must register a player account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. The following information is required at registration:

You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or permit a third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf. buzzbet will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised in any way, you must contact buzzbet support immediately at [email protected]. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending a security review.

buzzbet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in your account cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated periodically and the current limits shown in the cashier always take precedence over any historical or promotional figures.

Deposits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your buzzbet account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases where a delay occurs — typically due to network congestion on the payment provider's infrastructure — please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting our support team. buzzbet does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time (11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are processed the same day. The vast majority of withdrawals are completed and credited to the player's bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account within one hour of processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. buzzbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds where the transaction triggers our fraud detection or anti-money laundering protocols.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the buzzbet account.
• buzzbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a copy of a valid NID or passport.

Currency. All player balances on buzzbet are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. Players are not required to hold or convert funds in any foreign currency to use the buzzbet platform.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the buzzbet platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets), live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, and any other product category offered on the platform.

Sports Betting. All bets placed on the buzzbet sportsbook — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series, Bangladesh Premier League football, and all other listed markets — are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the system returns a bet slip reference number to the player. bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the relevant market's special rules (e.g., a match abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result are bowled in cricket).

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.
• In-play bets are subject to additional rules relating to internet connectivity and server latency. buzzbet is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network interruptions on the player's end.
• buzzbet reserves the right to void any bet — and return the stake — where the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed, where the odds displayed were clearly erroneous, or where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the event.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement. Bets exceeding these limits will be rejected or adjusted automatically.

Casino Games. All casino games available on buzzbet — including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti, andar bahar, and all slot titles — use independently verified random number generation (RNG) technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed in each game's information panel. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game as administered by the live dealer, and those rules take precedence over any in-game display discrepancy.

Prohibited Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the buzzbet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI systems to place bets or interact with casino games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate profits
• Using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your location or circumvent account restrictions
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the buzzbet platform
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or any other financially motivated fraudulent scheme

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your buzzbet account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for buzzbet bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions from different game types are as follows:

• Sports betting: Bets placed on odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Slots: All slot games contribute 100% towards wagering requirements unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): Contribute 20% towards wagering requirements.
• Virtual sports: Contribute 50% towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse. buzzbet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus from multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine betting engagement. Where bonus abuse is detected, buzzbet reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the account with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

We believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable leisure activity, never a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. Both buzzbet and its players share a responsibility to ensure that gambling remains within healthy limits.

Player Responsibility. As a buzzbet player, you agree to:

Closure by the Player. You may close your buzzbet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Closure by buzzbet. buzzbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during verification
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Underage gambling or failure to complete age verification within the required timeframe
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions in bad faith
• Use of automated software or prohibited betting strategies
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring account suspension
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior email notification)

Where an account is closed by buzzbet due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, buzzbet reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the funds held in that account, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated for non-breach reasons (such as inactivity), any real-money balance will be returned to the player.

Governing Law & Disputes. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of buzzbet that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. buzzbet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).
